Netta Barak-Corren

 

Netta is 25 years old and is a student in the joint program of Law and Cognitive Sciences in the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. She is in her third year of studies, and works as a research assistant in the areas of Contract Law and Behavioural Law and Economics, and as a teaching assistant in Jurisprudence. She is also a senior member of the editorial board of the Law faculty review. This year, Netta will participate in the Hebrew University Law Faculty Team for the Phillip E. Jessup International Moot Court competition.

Netta has participated in many diplomatic youth delegations, among them UN conferences and summer delegations of Seeds of Peace – an organization promoting peace and understanding among Israeli and Arab youth. She participated in MUN for the first time at TEIMUN 2009, in the ICJ. After being awarded with the Best Speaker award that year she was chosen to as an Advocate in the ICJ for TEIMUN 2010.
