TEIMUN Staff
The TEIMUN Staff is responsible for the intellectual content of the conference. They determine the various council topics to be debated, and they write the background papers for their respective councils, so that delegates can deepen their understanding of the topics that are to be discussed. During the conference they will chair and superivse the debates in order to lead them towards fruitful resolutions.
The staff consists of 19 people: a Chair and Vice-Chair for most councils as well as for the Crisis Staff, a Registrar and two Advocates for the ICJ, and finally the Secretary General and Under-Secretary General. The staff members have participated in the TEIMUN conference at least once and are appointed by the Secretary General after application interviews on the previous year 's conference.
